PREP Create a flawless base by exfoliating and moisturizing dry areas, hands, feet, ankles and wrists. Step 2. APPLY Glide on using a mitt. Step 3. RINSE Shower off after 8 hours for an ultra dark result or rinse after 30 minutes for a taste of the good life. Step 4. GLOW Your tan will develop over 3-6 hours.
