Do not use abrasive cloths or strong chemical cleaners. Do not use polishes on stainless-steel surfaces as this will damage or remove the finger-print proof coating. Do not place objects onto the lid as this could scratch or damage the surface. Inner buckets: Clean with hot, soapy water and a soft cloth. To help remove any unpleasant odors, a solution of baking powder and water may also be used. Wipe dry before replacing in unit. Food waste caddy also dishwasher safe.
